Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within Singapore and selected international locations. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for assistance.
How much does shipping cost?
Singapore: Enjoy free shipping for orders above $80. A flat rate of $4.50 applies for orders below $80.
International: Shipping fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Singapore: Orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days.
International: Delivery takes approximately 7–14 working days, depending on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged items.
How do I request an exchange or return?
Please contact our customer service team at hello@bublotte.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the process.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
For exchanges or returns due to defective items, we will cover the shipping fees.
For other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7–10 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are allowed for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. Simply contact us to arrange an exchange.
