Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand & UAE. If your country isnât listed at checkout, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Shipping fees & delivery timeframes
Singapore:
- Standard Shipping: $4.00 SGD (2-3 business days)
- Next-Day Delivery (Order before 1.00PM): $10 SGD
- Free shipping on all orders above $90 SGD
Malaysia:
- Standard Shipping: $6.00 SGD (2-3 business days)
- Free shipping on all orders above RM $300
Australia:
- Standard shipping: $25 AUD (7-10 business days)
- Free shipping on all orders above $200 AUD
UAE:
- Standard Shipping: $28 AED (7-14 business days)
- Free shipping on all orders above AED $400
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, youâll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
Exchanges & Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn or damaged items.
How do I request an exchange or return?
Please contact our customer service team at hello@bublotte.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Weâll guide you through the process.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
For exchanges or returns due to defective items, we will cover the shipping fees.
For other reasons, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For exchanges, this can be done at our studio: 72 Eunos Avenue 7 Singapore 409570.
When will I receive my refund?
Once weâve received and inspected your returned item, weâll process your refund within 7â10 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Yes, exchanges are only allowed for different sizes, subject to availability. Simply contact us to arrange an exchange.
